Navigate to [https://helpdesk.newvista.org/portal/en/home](https://helpdesk.newvista.org/portal/en/home)

Click "Sign In"

Click here.

Click "Tickets"

Click "Add ticket"

Click "Submit Ticket" under the category for the team that you need assistance from

Click the "Subject" field.

Type the main reason for your ticket

In the Description Box, enter as much detail as possible about what is going on.

In the Service Name area click the magnifying glass

Select the category that best fits your request

To select a Classification for your request

Select - Question, Problem, Feature, or Others

Click "Submit"
