    Go to your Internet browser and type in address: <https://lttwebhost.net/clientarea.php>

    Click the "**Email Address**" field.

    Type the email address you used to create the account when purchasing the web hosting.

    Click the "**Password**" field and type in the password you chose when creating the account at checkout for the purchase of your web hosting.

    Click the box beside "**I'm not a robot**".

    Click the "**Login**" button.

    Click "**TICKETS**" in the Client Area of your panel.

    Click the "**Open Ticket**" link in the Support section of the panel screen.

    Click the "**Support Team**" link.

    Click the "**Subject**" field.

    Type the subject of what your support ticket is all about. Make the description brief in this field.

    Click the dropdown under "**Related Service**" and choose your product/service.

    Click the dropdown for "**Priority**". This sets how important your ticket is.

    Click the "**Message**" field.

    Type in detail everything you wish to say to our Support Team about your concern or questions.

    Click the "**Submit**" button.

    Click "**Continue**"

    Click "**Client Area**"

    You will see the ticket quantiy on your Client Area screen.

    In order to read your updated (responded) ticket, click on the ticket section like what you see above. You will also receive emails as response from our Support Team to your ticket.
