Here, you can enter the subject of your ticket, select the affected user, select the priority level, add attachments, take screenshots of your monitors and write a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
Alert! Only select "High" priority if the issue is prohibiting you from doing your job at all, as opposed to an issue impacting productivity. In the event of a critical or emergency issue, please call **(616) 949-4020** and press **option 4**.
Tip! Be careful not to take a screenshot of sensitive data.
Select "My Open Tickets" to see the status of your open tickets.
