This interface was created for an easier generation of your workload document and this should be the only thing different in this process. Your contract type, how you list your classes, where you enter your student advising, etc. should all remain the same. If you have any process-specific questions, please contact your Executive Officer or Faculty Services Admin.

If you teach courses, there are 3 different options to add your courses to your workload
    12
**First Option**: "Self Reporting WL Courses" is linked to a Banner course list. If your courses have already been entered for Fall 2024, you can add your course here *tip: Workload determination process deadlines do not align with the registration or entry of all of your classes so you will not be able to use this for Spring 2024*
    13
Search and select if your course is listed
    14
**Second Option:** If your EO or Admin entered your courses for last year's workload, they probably used "Course Builder." by clicking "+" underneath "Edit Courses," you can do a search for every course that has ever been manually entered into the "Course Builder."
    15
Search and select if your class is listed
    16
**Third Option:** If your course is not in the Banner course list OR under "Edit Courses," you will need to do a manual add. Click "+" underneath "Course Builder" to add your class
    17
Manually add your course in this form
