    How to Submit an Employee Onboarding Request Using HT Support App

      Double-click the HT Support app on your desktop

      Select "New User Form"

      Your IT Portal will open a webpage to the onboarding request form. Here, you can fill in the employee's start date, name, job title, email address to be created, cell number, notes and attach any relevant documents.

      Alert! Any field with an asterisk (\*) must be completed.

      Select "Submit." Your request will be submitted to our internal team, who will be ready to create the user accounts, permissions, etc., needed before the new employee start date.
