Click "SUBSCRIPTIONS" near the top of the screen

Choose your concerts by clicking on the square to the right. Click the magnifying glass on the left to see more information about that concert.

Once you have selected all of the performances you want, click "CONTINUE." You will be guided through the process of choosing tickets and seats for each performance you have chosen.

Choose how many tickets you would like for general admission performances (i.e. museum gallery chamber concerts)

Choose your seats by clicking on the tan circles for Premium seats or the blue circles for Standard seats.

Once you click on a seat, a window will appear asking you to choose adult (Premium/Standard) or student if the student option is available for that performance. All students, including college students, and all pre-school aged children are admitted free to performances in the Jenkins Memorial Symphony Series. Students may purchase a reduced-price ticket to A Night at the Opera.

Once you have chosen all of the general admission and assigned seats for every performance, click "CONTINUE"

Once you have chosen the seats/tickets for the last performance, you will be taken to the shopping cart. Your subscriber discounts are automatically applied and fees waived. Here you must either sign in to your account or create a new account to complete the transaction. *Please DO NOT create a new account if you have purchased tickets before.* Please use the "forgot password" process (see next frame) if you don't know your sign-in credentials.

If you have purchased tickets to the LSO before, please sign in to your account. If you don't remember your sign-in credentials, enter your email address then click "forgot password." The system will send you an email with instructions to create a new password and complete the sign-in process. Access to your account gives you instant access to your tickets 24/7 and the ability to send your tickets to a friend or exchange them for a different performance. Signing-in also allows you to purchase additional single-concert tickets at the subscriber discount with no fees!

Once you are signed into your account, you will be returned to the shopping cart. Once you have everything in your shopping cart that you want, press "CONTINUE' and complete the payment process with your credit card. You will receive an order confirmation with links to your tickets. If you don't see the email, search the spam or junk folders for VBOTickets.com.
