To subscribe to a google calendar, click on the + icon next to "Other calendars" on the left of your calendar.

Type in the calendar that you want to subscribe to and select it.

You can go back to your calendar and the calendar you subscribed to will be on the other calendars sections and you will be abple to select it or deselect it in order to see it.
