Tip! Superscript is used to raise text slightly above the standard line. Knowing how to superscript in Google Slides is especially important when working with scientific formulas, chemical equations, mathematical expressions, or footnotes.
    1
Sign in to your Google account and go to [https://docs.google.com/presentation](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1Ze757uuVVsJy8Xmzt6vfZR-1BC7lGK_t82-cWXQPj5s/edit#slide=id.g329c929330f_0_6)
    2
Open the presentation with the number you need to superscript.
    3
Click and drag your cursor to highlight the specific text you want to convert to subscript. This could be a single character, a word, or even a sentence. In this example, I highlighted only one number.
    4
Go to the menu bar at the top and click the ”Format" tab. It will reveal a dropdown menu.
    5
In the dropdown menu, you’ll see different formatting options. Click or hover over the “Text” option.
    6
    Click on “Superscript”
    7
And that’s it! Now your text is in superscript. You can repeat these steps as many times as you need with other numbers and letters.
