How to Sync EZO CMMS With QuickBooks Online Integration

Navigate to your EZO CMMS dashboard and click "Settings."

Now open the "Integrations" tab

Under the Accounting Integrations, you will come across QuickBooks Online integration. Click the "Connect to QuickBooks" button to enable the integration.

Once enabled, it will show "Enabled - Connected to your account" and a new window will open, directing you to the QuickBooks Online website to continue the process.

Enter your QuickBooks Online account credentials and sign in.

Enter the verification code and then click "Continue."

Once you have verified your account successfully, you can proceed to the next step which asks you to select your company. Click "Next" to proceed.

In the next step, you'll need to connect your EZO CMMS account to the QuickBooks Online integration.

In this step, select your answer for how you heard about CMMS.

Here, you need to select the QuickBooks account where EZO CMMS costs should be recorded to complete the QuickBooks integration.

Choose the Cash Payment Account and click "Connect" to proceed.

Now, return to your EZO CMMS dashboard and open "Work Orders" to check how they have synced with the QuickBooks Online integration.

Choose a Work Order (WO) from the Work Orders listing page. In this case, we choose the WO titled "Repair Black Forklift".

Make sure the Work Order includes work logs and linked inventory to enable cost generation. Click "Start Work Order" to proceed.

Once WO has been started, click "More" and select "Sync Work Order With QuickBooks" from the drop-down menu.

Your WO has now been successfully synced with the QuickBooks Online integration.

On the WO page, click the number generated against QuickBooks Expense field.

After clicking, you will be redirected to your QuickBooks Online account, where you can view the expenses associated with the work order synced with QuickBooks Online.

Here, you can view the item details of your work order, showcasing all associated costs.

Within the Expenses tab in your QuickBooks Online account, you can also view the expenses generated for your work orders individually.
