How to Synthesize Your Voice Using AI with Elevenlabs

Sign up for an account at [ElevenLabs](https://elevenlabs.io/?utm_source=100school&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=14daysofai) and follow the onboarding instructions.

After you've signed up, click select the "**Voice Changer**" option from the left-hand menu.

Now record or upload a 10-20 second clip of yourself, which you're then going to synthesize.\ \ Feel free to record anything you want, but aim for a 10-20 second duration and find a quiet environment with minimal background noise.\ \ If you're stuck with what to say, here's some inspiration:\ \ '*My name is \[your name\] and I am enrolled in 14 Days of AI.\ \ I've committed to learning something new about AI for 30 minutes a day, for 14 Days.\ \ Today I am learning how to create and synthesize voices using AI in ElevenLabs.*'

Select the drop-down "**Voice**" menu that allows you to select a voice to synthesize to.

Click on the play icon next to each name to preview the voices you're able to synthesize to.\ \ Select a voice you'd like to synthesize to.

If you like, you can also finely tune the voice you've selected by clicking "**Settings**"

Click "**Generate speech**"

Your synthesized audio will now automatically start to play. \ \ You can also view your generated audio in the "**History**" tab.

To download your audio, select the download icon.
