Navigate to [https://portal.inhealth4change.com/default.aspx](https://portal.inhealth4change.com/default.aspx)

Log in to your wellbeing portal.

Click "Health Tracking" in the menu on the left side of the page.

Click on the plus (+) icon next to **Steps** under **Progress** on the right side of the page.

The date will default to the current date and time. Enter your steps in the Steps field.

Click ***Add.***

That's it! You can click the X to close out of the Steps tracker.

Your Steps are logged! Be sure to log your steps daily.
