Navigate to [https://www.calpads.org](https://www.calpads.org/FileSubmission/Detail/4289248#)

Click "Upload / View Submissions"

Click "View Submission"

Review the list of submission errors. Select the Error by clicking on the file that errored out.

You can review a description of the error by clicking under Description and clicking on the Error code.

There are 15 errors on this upload. Click on the number of errors to drill down to review the errors.

For each error, click the View button to Review the information sent up on this specific record.
