    How to Update Default Showing Settings

      From your home screen, click the down arrow next to your profile picture.
      Click "My Settings"
      Click "Showing Settings"
      On the left side, you will see default settings as a showing agent.
      You can default the appointment type for new appointments here.
      You can also default the appointment length for new appointments. This can be easily changed when scheduling appointments, should the need arise.
      On the right side you will see listing agent preferences.
      You can turn off SentriKey Showing ServiceĀ® here. This would apply to all of your listings and no one will be able to schedule on your listings if toggled to no.
      You can also default what happens to appointments should your listing go pending.
      There is also an option here to default the appointment mode. This can be edited in listing settings for any listing, though, should your client request something different.
      The default appointment length ranges from 15 minutes to 4 hours.
      Toggle yes/no here to allow overlapping appointments.
      You can also enter in the office staff email and default, as well as default on or off offer management (this feature is offered at the Pro tier or higher).
      Make sure you hit save if changes were made.
