How to Update Your Profile and Family Information

Once you log in to Second's website, you will see your family's personal information that is listed in Second's membership system.
- **Section 1**: Displays your information and a pencil icon to update your information and your family's address.
- **Section 2**: Provides a place to change your password, contribute online, and list the groups you attend.
- **Section 3**: Displays the members of your immediate family.
How to Update Your Personal Information

Click the pencil icon to edit your personal information or your family's address.

Please update any incorrect or missing information and click Save.

Click the Camera Icon to Upload a New or Updated Picture

Update your contact information and communication preferences.
Alert! The communication preferences you set here will govern how Second Baptist Church will communicate with you, including communications sent from the leaders of Second's small groups and Bible Study classes.

If you have moved, please select "Moved" and enter your new address.

Enter your new address.

When you are done making changes, click 'Save.'
How to Change Your Password

From your profile page, click "Change Password"

Your password should consist of at least 12 characters and include an uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character. For security reasons, if we detect five failed login attempts within one minute, your account will be locked.

Once you have entered your new password, click 'Change Password.'
How to Update a Family Member's Information

Select the pencil icon next to the family member whose information you would like to update.

Make the necessary changes and click 'Save.'
How to Report Changes to Your Family Household

Life brings about significant changes, some of which are moments of joy and celebration, like the birth of a child or adoption. Others can be deeply personal and challenging, such as a death, divorce, or change in custody. In all circumstances, we're here to support you. We have provided you with a tool to help us understand and accommodate changes in your family's circumstances.
To report family household changes, please click "Request Additional Changes."
