Navigate to [https://www.zipformplus.com/default.aspx](https://www.zipformplus.com/default.aspx)

Click "Templates"

Click "Forms and Checklists"

Click the name of the Template you'd like to edit.

Click the checkbox to select a form.

Click Delete.

Click "Yes"

Click on "All Forms".

Click into the library of forms you would like to open.

Use the "Search for name or description" field to search for a form by name.

Click on the form you would like to add - these will always be the most updated version. You're Done!
