Login to LendingPad and Click on your "Pipeline"

Choose "Branch" if applicable. If your company does not have a branch, choose "Default".

Select either FNM 3.2 or MISMO 3.4 format from the dropdown.

You can drag and drop the file from your desktop or select the file to upload from your computer.

Click the "Import New Loan" button in the top right hand corner of the screen. Your loan will be created and a loan number will be generated.

You will now see the loan in your Pipeline. Simply click on the loan number to be taken into your loan.

Starting on the "Overview" tab,  ensure the data integrity of your file by reviewing your loan input.

Navigate to the "Overview" tab &gt; "Assignments" and assign a Loan Officer. You will not be able to register your loan without this assignment.

Click the dropdown under "Loan Officer" and choose the Loan Officer

You can continue through the navigation tabs to ensure the completion of your loan application data.

When you are ready to register your loan, click "Register Loan with Lender" (you may see this button reflected as "arrows") on the top right hand side of the screen. **Once you click the button to register with the Lender, your loan file CANNOT be modified by the TPO broker.** Any changes will need to be made by the Lender.

You will see the loan status update to "Registered".

Click on "Documents" to Upload Documents to your loan file. The system will select all documents in the loan file and create a new document of "Credit Package" type with filename "credit-package-loan number- borrower name - current date/time.pdf.

You can expand the arrow under each document folder to view the documents uploaded.

When you are ready to submit your file to the Lender for Underwriting, navigate to the Overview tab.
