How to Upload Transportation into Campwise

Login to your Campwise account and select "Login".

Select "Complete Registration" or "Update info" next to the camper who you need to add transportation to.

Select "Optional Items" in your parent dashboard.

Select "Manage Transportations".

Then select "Routes".

If you do not require airport transportation, please select how your camper will be getting to and leaving camp. There is no cost for personal transportation.

If your camper is flying into Terminal 1 please select your campers flight time for both arrival and departure under "STL- Main Terminal". If they're flying Terminal 2 (Southwest) please select flight time for both arrival and departure under "Remote Terminal". If your camper is staying multiple weeks please select arrival for the first week and departure on the last week they're at camp. Southwest (Terminal 2) incurs an additional transportation fee. Once transportation selections have been made please select "Save".

If your camper is using airport transportation you'll have to go back into the Transportation portal to add the flight details. To do this select "Manage Transportation".

Then select "flight".

From here you'll be able to put in all the necessary information. If your camper is flying unaccompanied please select the check box next to "Is the camper traveling as an unaccompanied minor?". We ask that the person who will be picking up/dropping off the camper at the airport is who's contact gets put into the "Emergency Travel" information. If someone other than the guardian is picking up/dropping off please send us an email with contact information for both of you to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Once all information is submitted please select "Save".

Then select "Save" again.
