How to Use Agility Writer Outline Builder

Get Started from the AgilityWriter dashboard, and click "Tools"

Next, click "Outline Builder"

Enter your "Topic or Keywords" in the text field. AgilityWriter will search top ranking articles on this subject to get ideas for your outline.

Select your Region.

Click "Get an Idea" to have AgilityWriter compose an optimized title.

The updated title will appear in the Topic or Keywords field.

Click the "Inc AI Outline" checkbox to automatically add headings to "Step 2" based on top-ranking search results. These will be used in your final outline. If this is not checked, you can manually add headings.

Click "Get Headings" to generate your list.

A list of headings from top-ranking articles will appear on the left under "Step 1", and headings automatically selected by AgilityWriter will appear under "Step 2" on the right. Click any heading in "Step 1" to customize your list in "Step 2"

Select "No Main Headings" drop down to decrease or increase the number of headings in your final outline.

Click "Step 3 - Create Outlines" for AgilityWriter to create the final outline.

The outline will appear in the "Your Article Outlines" field.

Click "Send to Write Article" to customize your settings in advanced mode.

Adjust the "Article Title" if needed, or click "Get An Article Title"

Enter your "Main Keyword" - this can be the same keyword topic used in the outline builder.

Adjust language in "Output Language"

Increase / decrease number of article headings in "Main Headings"

Select "Article Structure", options are Advanced (Standard) or Advanced (Detail) for the AI to decide length and format, and Standard (Text) or Long (Text) to generate text only. Advanced (Detail) is the recommended setting to create a fully researched, well-formatted article.

Select "GPT Version / AI Detection" to choose your AI model, options are GTP 3.5/4, GPT 4 or Anti-AI detection to pass Originality.AI detection.
