Add the address of your organization or House of Worship.

When your organization/ House of Worship appears, click on it. That will highlight the census tract its located in. 

You will then be able to see on the right panel is the area is "Identified as disadvantaged." If "No", you are not eligible to apply for this grant. If "Yes", you are eligible to apply. 

Identified as disadvantaged?
NO
This tract is not considered disadvantaged. It does not meet any burden thresholds OR at least one associated socioeconomic threshold.
