How to set up a return URL

The return URL is a website to which a guest is redirected after having completed a booking via the booking engine. Think, for example, of a thank you page. You will know the guest has booked directly when you arrive on this page. Do you have your booking engine in multiple languages? Ensure your guests are directed to the right page per language by filling in the URL at the language tabs.
Click "Booking Engine"
Click the "Bookers will be redirected to this URL after completing" field.
Good to know - The return link will change if you are integrated with a Payment Server Provider and your rate has a deposit requirement. For the above, it would change to <https://booking.staging.roomraccoon.com/en/msg/payment-processing/> as this would be the page your guest would end up on after confirming the reservation with payment. - The Return URL is a complete self-service feature. We do not offer support for this.
