Search for your desired location in the "Enter Address, Zip Code, or City" field and press **Enter.**
In **Step 1** of the sidebar that appears, select **Listing Trends.**
In **Step 2** of the sidebar, there are five **Categories** to choose. We'll try all of them, but let's start with **Median Price.**
You can view data by the latest available, or you can watch the change over time. We'll **use** **Change Over Time** for this tutorial.
You can choose to view data from any year since 2011. Since we want to compare the change over time, we'll leave the *Start-End* fields as they are.
You can also change your *Data Boundary* from **Zip Code** to **City By Zip Code.** For this tutorial, let's stick with **City By Zip Code.**
If all the filters fit your criteria, we're ready to view the data! Click **Generate Map.**
On a white to green scale, the map is colored so you can easily find where the **Median Price** has changed the most. **Click** on zip codes for more details.
In **Step 3** of the sidebar, you can view percentages and a line graph illustrating the median change in price by month within your time frame.
Tip! **Hover** your mouse over the line to find the exact number at that time. **Scroll** to zoom in on that time frame.
You've finished finding *Median Price*! Now press **Step 2** to find *Median Days on Market.*
We'll skip **Average Price** since it is so similar to **Median Price.**
Set the *Data to Track* to **Median Days on Market.**
We'll keep all the filters the same as before and click **Generate Map.**
On a white to green scale, you can easily find where the **Median Days on Market** is longest. **Click** on zip codes for more details.
In **Step 3** of the sidebar, you can view the differences in days. You can also **scroll** and **hover** your mouse over the line graph for more information.
Nice work! You've finished mapping Austin's *Median Days on Market* data. Now click **Step 2** to research the *Number of New Listings*.
In **Step 2** of the sidebar, select the **Number of New Listings** Category and generate a map with the same filters.
On a white to green scale, you can easily find where the most **Listings** are. **Click** on zip codes for more details.
In **Step 3** of the sidebar, you can view the change in listings. You can also **scroll** and **hover** your mouse over the line graph for more information.
