    How to Use Roundcube Webmail to Manage Email

    Open your Internet browser and go to your Customer Account Panel at: <https://lttwebhost.net/clientarea.php>

    **You will see the login screen for your panel.** Type in your **email address** and **password**, then click on the **LOGIN button** to enter your Customer Account Panel. You will use the email address and chosen password when you setup your hosting account at the checkout screen. If you can't remember your password, click on "**Forgot Password**" to reset the password.

    Once you are in the panel, click on the "**SERVICES**" link in the Client Area screen.

    Click on your **product or service** in the list. This example uses "Business Hosting".

    Scroll down to where you see "**Quick Shortcuts**". Click on the "Mail" link.

    You will see your email address. Click on the **icon** to the far right of the email address line. See below. This will open Roundcube Webmail.

    Your email as username is automatically populated. Click the "**Password**" field and type in your email pasword. Please make sure that all characters are correct such as upper/lower case letters, numbers and symbols.

    Click the "**LOGIN**" button.

    Click the "**Refresh**" link to bring in any new email from the hosting server.

    New emails appear on the left side and are bold. Click the **bold subject** in the email to open the email itself.

    In order to reply to the sender, make sure the email is open and click the "**Reply**" button as shown below.

    Type your response where you see the cursor blinking.

    Once you are done with what you have to say, click on the "**Send**" button.

    To create an email, click on the "**Compose**" button from the left menu.

    Type the email address of the person you are sending to. For an example we are using "[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])".

    Click the "**Subject**" field.

    Type your message of what you want to say. Once done...

    Click on the "**Send**" button.

    To see folders and see if your email has successfully sent. Click on the "**Folders**" icon.

    You will see all the folders. To see if your email sent, click on the "**Sent**" folder.
