    When a guest would like to pay cash
    Click on the guest's name and select "Pay With Cash"
    Click on the cash amount field and enter the amount of cash received
    This will then show the change to give at the bottom. Once you have given the change, click mark as "Paid Cash"
    Click "Mark as Paid Cash"
    You can now close the paid order.
