From home page of Tracker, roll over the Hamburger Menu icon located in the middle right of the screen. It will have a pop up of Remove Fax as you roll over it.

The first option is the Duplicate icon which allows to remove the item as a duplicate.

The next option is the Spam icon to identify the faxed transaction as spam.

The third icon is the Unreadable. This allows you to identify this transaction as unreadable.

Once you have made your selection, a confirmation pop up will show to either click "OK" to proceed with your selection or "Cancel" it.  If you select "OK", the transaction will be removed and stored in Trace.
