Click the "Search" field.
3
Type "student support requests" in the search menu and click on the report titled Student Support Requests. Remember to add it as a "favorite" to easily access in the future.
4
When you open the report, you'll see three ways to filter the data at the top of the screen:
- Service Request Type
- Ticket Resolution
- Ticket Create Date
5
If you'd like to only view a certain type of SSR requests, open the Service Request Type dropdown menu and click the type of requests you'd like to view. The data table will filter to only show this type of request.
6
You can also filter for Ticket Resolution. If you'd like to see only the tickets that do not have a resolution (these are open tickets), click on "(Blank)"
7
Use the Ticket Create Date dropdown options to adjust the date fields.
8
The pie chart for # of Tickets by Service Request Type displays categories for types of requests. Click on a slice to filter the data table.
