    How to View/Create a Tenant Account History Report?

    Log in to the Admin Portal

    Go to "Reports" under "ACCOUNTING & REPORTS" on the Left Navigation

    Once in "Reports" section , click on "Rental/Tenant"

    Navigate to the "Rental/Tenant" section and select "Tenant Account History"

    Select a date under the ""yyyy-mm-dd" field to establish the starting date.

    Select a date within the ""yyyy-mm-dd"" field to indicate the end or finish date

    Choose a property from the "Property \*" dropdown to specify the selected property

    Choose a tenant from the "(optional)" dropdown to specify the tenant

    Click "Show only rental invoices and payments"

    Click "Show only rental invoices and payments"

    Click on "Generate Report" to create the report

    Make sure to remember - "Date range with more than 12 months may take longer time to generate"

    At the end , the report will be displayed in the following format

    Ensure to tick the "Show only rental invoices and payments" box if you want to display only the rental invoices and payments in the report.

    Then click on "Generate Report"

    You can see below the report is "(showing rental transactions only)"
