How to View "My Property Requests" Inside of Planon

Navigate to <https://facilities.dartmouth.edu/home/BP/WebClient?73#home>

On the Planon home page, click "My Property Requests"

This is the page you will see upon access. The "Property" field is auto filled to the one that matches your account. Click "Show more search options" to preform more in-depth searches

Here you have the option to search requests based on the request Number, Description, and Status

If no fields are input and searched, the requests for the property will be listed by most recently reported

These are the three fields that you are able to search down on inside the "My Property Requests" level, which are shown at the header of the requests dropdown

To see more information about a request, simply click into the request

The first pieces of information you will see are the Order Details. These tell the Number of the request, the Description of the issue, and the status. Below you will also see a number of additional questions that may assist in the servicing of the request

Upon scrolling down, you will find the Requestor Details, and the location of the request. This tells you who the requestor of this Service Request is, and where they need the service done

Once you have finished seeing the details of this request, click "Back"

Click the "Next" button to scroll between pages and see all requests

Once you are finished looking at "My Property Requests, click "Close" to return to the Planon homepage
