How to View Tickets and Track Driver Loads

Navigate to [https://app.tread-horizon.com/dispatch](https://app.tread-horizon.com/dispatch?view=orders&tab=orders) to access the job/Dispatch you would like to track

Click on the driver name to open the Job details, where you will see loads and tickets

Click "Loads" to show the loads completed or in progress by the driver

Click "Delivered" or anywhere on that row to open the ticket drawer and view the ticket added by the driver on that load

Click "Edit" if you need to make any corrections to the uploaded tickets

You can track the loads in real-time by looking at the Route Map

Click this button to open the map in Full Screen

Click "View Route History" to see the GPS pings provided by the driver's device while active on the loads

Click anywhere in the scrubber to see the GPS ping at that point in time
10
Click "Live Map" to view all trucks active on the order you are tracking

You can view the Pickup and Dropoff locations in the map, and the drivers who have enabled their GPS settings will show in the map as well
