You will be able to see which other brands (or URLs) you are competing with on Google Search Ads. That means brands which have ads that display for the same targeting you have set.

You will be able to see some key metrics, like impression share (what percentage of total available searches you / competitors appear for), positive above rate (the percentage of times you ranked above your competitor) and more. 

The best way to understand these metrics is to hover over the column header in the table. A pop up will appear with an explanation of each.
