How to View an Approval Document or Certificate on TTBizLink

The User must have an approved application and the payment must be successful (whether paid online, drawdown or confirmed offline payment by the agency) to view the Approval Document or Certificate.

Some electronic Approval Documents or Certificates are emailed to the applicant upon approval and, if applicable, confirmation of payment. The email address provided in the Notification Details section of the application will receive the electronic Approval Document or Certificate as an attachment to their approval email. This is currently implemented for e-Certificate of Origin for Preferential Markets and e-Certificate of Origin for Non-Preferential Markets.

From your Dashboard, click "SEARCH" from the left menu options.

Enter the Reference Number for the application.

Click "Search".

Click the Reference Number in the Results table.

Click on the "..." from the Page Options Bar.

Click "View Approval Document".

The Approval Document or Certificate will be opened in a New Tab. Download or Print the Certificate.
