How to View and Download the Love Meter

      1
      Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com/](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing)
      2
You can access the Love Meter two different ways. The first is by clicking "Reports" & "Love Meter"
      3
The second way is by viewing your Insights Report on your homepage and clicking "Click here to view the Love Meter" button.
      4
The "Resident Overview" widget on the left side shows the number of residents with zero social visits from a family, guest, or volunteer.
      5
On the right, you’ll see a grid view that includes information for all active residents in your community. This grid view displays: Resident name, Resident Room Number, their Last Social Visit & the number of Social Visits Month to Date (MTD)
      6
Along with the MTD statistic, we also provide the number of social visits for the previous two months as well.
      7
The "Change" column is what the report is sorted by. The "Change column" shows you the difference in social visits compared to the previous two months. The change can be green positive numbers, red negative numbers or remain unchanged.
      8
The "Change" column does not account for any visits to the resident this month to date. For example, in January the "Change" column would be comparing December and November social visits.
      9
You can utilize the "Searc"h field at the top to find a specific resident.
      10
Click "Export" to download the last six months of resident visits as a CSV file onto your device.
      11
If needed, your Resident list can be updated by clicking "Resident" and "Kiosk Resident List"
      12
This page will allow you to edit Resident details, inactivate a Resident that no longer lives in your community or add new Residents.
      13
Similar to the "Love Meter" is our "Care Report" which you can access through the "Reports" tab. The "Care Reports" shows you the amount and types of care a resident has received over a certain time period.
