How to View and Download the Staff Sign-In Log

Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com/](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing)

Click "Reports" & "Staff Sign-In Log"

Click on the calendar icon or in the defaults date range to adjust the dates for the information show. The arrows allow you to move into the past or future. Clicking the year (2024) will allow you to jump quickly to a different year or month.

Click the "All" dropdown to apply a filter, if you're searching for a specific Staff member. If you do search, remember to hit "Submit"

This report shows date & time of the sign-in and sign-out, the duration, the staff's name, their status & the name of the device they signed-in on. You can click the camera icon to view any security photos taken during their sign-in. To download a report, click "Export" & then "View Exports"

Depending on the size of the report, it may take a few moments until the status changes to "Complete" - once done, click the blue down arrow to download the report as a CSV file onto your computer.

If you don't want your staff signing in, you can disable the "Community Staff" visitor type by navigating to "Settings" & then "Sign In Features"

If you want to remove the "Community Staff" visitor type from the kiosk, uncheck the "Enable Staff Sign-in" box. If you do want your staff signing in, leave the box checked.

If you want to have staff sign-in, but don't want a badge to print for them, you can uncheck "Enable Staff Badge"

If you want staff to be able to sign-in, but their profiles haven't been uploaded to the Dashboard yet, you can enable "Staff Registration at the Kiosk" which allows them to create their profile via the kiosk at sign-in. The profiles will then be saved in the Dashboard as a "pending" account.

You can view & approve pending staff accounts, by clicking on the Staff tab. You'll know you have a pending account if there are red numbers next to the tab.

A pending account will be highlighted in pink on the Staff Accounts page. Check the box next to the person's name.

Click on the "Status" button.

If you approve of their account and it's showing correct information, you can choose "Active" from the dropdown and then choose "Apply"

On each Staff profile, you should have the option to download a permanent QR code. Once downloaded, you can share that code with your staff and they can utilize it for a quicker sign-in / sign-out process at the kiosk. This option is only available if you have an Accushield QR Code Scanner at your community.
