    Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com/](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing)

    Click "Reports" & Care Report"

    Adjust the date range and chose between seeing a weeks worth of data or a months worth of data. The "Month" option shows month-to-date data. Click "Submit" once ready.

    Click on the word "Residents" in dark blue and you will be taken to the list of residents who have received care in your selected date range.

    Click the word "Service Provider" in dark blue and you will be taken to the list of service providers that had signed-in during your selected date range.

    You can also see the total number of "Visits" and by clicking on "Family & Friends" you will be taken to the list of all Guests that had signed-in and visited a resident during your selected date range.

    There are three graphs that show Service Type information. The first graph shows "Visit Count by Service Type" Click on a bar to view the number of visits for that particular Service Type.

    The second graph shows "Care Hours by Service Type" Click on a bar to view the number of hours associated with that particular Service Type.

    The last graph shows "Visit Percent by Service Type" Hover over the pie to view the percentage for that particular Service Type. Click into the pie to be taken to a page to see visit data related to that Service Type.

    Clicking on the "Resident" table at the bottom will take you to a list of all visits your residents have received over the period of time (care visits + social visits)

    There are lists at the bottom to provide quick insights. Any text that is blue can be clicked into to view more data.

    If needed, your Resident list can be updated by clicking "Resident" and "Kiosk Resident List"

    This page will allow you to edit Resident details, inactivate a Resident that no longer lives in your community or add new Residents.

    Similar to the "Care Report" is our "Love Meter" which you can access through the "Reports" tab. The "Love Meter" provides information to help customers proactively decrease social isolation by identifying the residents who may be at risk due to a lack, or decline in, social visits from family, guests and volunteers.
