Click on the relevant building. If not listed you can download using the cloud icon at the top right of the page.

Click "Create In-House Fire Surveys". A check was created and submitted  prior to this as a demonstration.

Select the check that you wish to complete, the format is identical for weekly and monthly checks although the content of the checklist is different. There is an additional guide available for the alarm test.

Click "Weekly Fire Checks" to open the checklist.

Today's date will appear by default, you can change this if necessary. This is the date that your reminders will be set against.

Navigate back to the top of the page and click on the 3 blue dots.
