In the patient encounter navigate to "Diagnosis and Plan"

Utilize the ICD-10 quick list to search for common diagnosis. Just start typing the name or code and the system will return the diagnosis.

Use the full ICD-10 list to search from the whole list. Enter the code or type the name of the diagnosis and select it.
