Navigate to your employee's timecard, during either the current or previous time period.

Double-click on their name.

In the paycode column, click on the empty space for the day missed.

Click "New Accrued Scheduled" or " New Accrued Unscheduled"

Click on Amount next.

Click "Full sched day" or " Half sched day".

Click anywhere else on the timecard to see the time populate.

Click on the orange floppy disc icon to save your changes, and you're done!
