      After expanding the Study's hierarchy, left-click an Asset to select that asset and to display the Asset Tree pop-up menu.

      Hover the mouse over the Data option and the extend menu will be shown. Select the Ratio ... option.

      Tip! The ellipse associated with an option indicated that there will be a continuation of input in the form of a dialogue box.

      All previously created ratios are displayed. Select the Add button to create the new Yield ratio.

      On the Add Ratio dialogue, the first thing to do is to select the Ratio Type by exposing the drop-down list with a click on the triangle to the left of the Ratio Type display.

      Select Oil Yield.

      Because R3 can have multiple phase instances, a user must select the phase instances involved in the ratio. Select the oil instance for the numerator. If this example it is the only available instance oil1.

      Select the gas instance for the denominator of the ratio. In this example it is the only available instance of gas1.

      Select the Add button.

      Back on the Add/Remove Ratio dialogue if you desire to add another ratio, select the Add button again. Notice the Inheritable By Children? checkbox. Selecting the checkbox will toggle it checked and unchecked. Leave checked if the desire is to have the ratio inherited to descendent Assets. Select the Close button.

      The defined ratio has been added to the Production Forecast form analog table.

      The ratio has been added to the digital table of the Production Forecast form.
