How to add a Guest User
Here we show the steps to create a guest user

Click on the top right corner gear

Click "Users"

Click the plus sign next to the "Guest Users" Tab

A form will appear. Fill out all the values in the fields

Click on the icon to select a Start date for the Guest User. The Guest User will be active from this date

Select Start Date (the day from which the user will be activated in BizTRAQ system) from the popup calendar

Similarly set an end date after which the Guest User will be deactivated

Click "Save"

We see that a new "Guest User" named Chris Danielles has been created
