How to add a custom pest form to your inspection.

Click the form button from your top menu.

Click the Forms button

Then click New Form.

Next choose from your custom form options.

Your custom form window will now open and you can begin completing the fields.

Once you've completed the necessary fields, tap Save.

Then click Done. You can come back to this form later as needed by accessing the form button from your top menu.
