      Highlight the signature format and copy.

      Launch Outlook.

      Click "Search"

      In the search bar type "signature".

      Open "Signatures..."

      Click "New"

      Name your signature.

      Click "OK"

      Paste the signature format into the text box, edit the format to add your credentials

      Choose your signature for new messages from the drop down.

      Choose your signature for replies/forwards from the drop down.
