    How to add the Giphy shortcut to Slack

    Open your Slack desktop app

    Go to Apps in the left sidebar

    Click "Add apps" under "Apps"
    If Apps is not there:
    Click "More"
    Click "Apps"

    Once in Apps

    Type "giphy" in the search bar
    Find the Giphy app and click "Add".
    Slack will open a new page in your web browser

    In your web browser

    Click "Add to Slack"
    Click "Add Giphy Integration"
    If you want to select a different audience, click the down arrow and choose from the dropdown menu
    Click "Save Integration"
    You can now use the "/giphy" shortcut in your workspace
    - Depending on your workspace settings, an admin may need to approve app installation. - If your team has reached the maximum number of apps on the free version of Slack, you may be unable to install the app.
