    When your contract review is completed, you'll be routed to the "Term Sheet" view by default.

    First, from the "Term Sheet" view you can quickly view comparable contracts and access the original document you uploaded.

    You can also click "download" to export a PDF of the "Term Sheet" view (or any view within the platform).

    Next, click "Rare Clause Radar".

    Rare Clause Radar displays the most rare and material clauses TermScout found that favor of either party.

    Click "Favoring Customer" or "Favoring Vendor" to toggle between clauses favoring each party.
