Before a Zoom meeting

Open the Zoom desktop app

Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the top right, under your profile picture

Click on "Background & Effects"
4
Click on "Blur" under the Zoom preview
5
Click "X" to close Settings
During a Zoom meeting

Hover over the bottom of your Zoom window to reveal the menu
7
Click on the up arrow next to "Stop Video" (camera icon) ion the left
8
Click "Blur My Background"
