    Navigate to [https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/](https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/)
Click here for more information about what the meeting could be about.
Choose between an online or in-person meeting, and click "30 minutes" on either one to move to the next step.
Pick a date that works for your schedule and click the number to find out what times I'm available.
Click on the a time that works for your schedule. These are my available times too so whatever time you pick should work for both of us (if for some reason it doesn't, I'll follow-up by email).
Then provide me with a few details before the meeting. Click the "Name" field to enter your name and email address.
Click the "What's your role at UNB?" dropdown to tell me a bit more about yourself.
The next two fields are options but are really helpful for me to better prep for our meeting. Click the "What would you like to meet about? (indicate specific course or assignment if applicable) (optional)" field and give me some details.
Click the "Have you done any work so far to answer your question(s)? Which databases or other places have you looked? (optional)" field.
Click "Book" when you've completed the required and optional fields.
Click "OK". Then you'll receive an email with a calendar invitation to officially schedule our meeting.
If you need to reschedule, open the calendar invitation and click "Manage booking". Then click "Reschedule" to pick the new date/time.
You may also need to cancel the booking completely. Click "Manage Booking" in the calendar invitation, it'll open your booking page, then click "Cancel booking".
Click "Cancel booking" to confirm your cancellation. You'll receive an updated calendar invitation to remove the meeting from your calendar.
