Click the Scribe extension in Chrome or Edge.
If you haven't pinned the extension, it will be under the puzzle icon.

Click "Start Capture"

Walk through your process as normal. Scribe is taking screenshots and writing step instructions every time you click or type anything.\

Watch as your Scribe gets created in your browser's side panel!

You can pause, blur and delete your Scribe by using these controls

If you'd like to close out of the side panel view but continue creating your Scribe, click the X icon

Click "Complete Capture" when you're done and your Scribe will open in a new window!

If you prefer to have Scribe run in the background instead of capturing in Sidekick, click the settings icon in your Scribe extension

You have 3 options for displaying capture controls:
1. No capture controls: You will complete your capture by opening the Scribe extension
2. Classic capture controls: A blinking red button will be added to the corner of your screen. You can open it to redact sensitive info or complete, pause or delete your capture
3. Capture in Sidekick (default): You'll see a preview of your Scribe in your browser's side panel and can pause, blur and delete from within Sidekick
