Click on "**chat widget you want to edit"**

Right-click and **inspect element**, find **ID** of widget and copy its class so you can modify title by CSS

Switch to tab "My Interface | Customer Support"

In Widget CSS section paste" **css selector and add additional .UR_chatAgentsList .UR_chatHeaderTitle classes"**

.UR_widgetId_139 .UR_chatAgentsList .UR_chatHeaderTitle {
    font-size: 0;
}

.UR_widgetId_139 .UR_chatAgentsList .UR_chatHeaderTitle:after {
  content:'Customer Support'; 
  font-size: 17px;
}

Set "**font-size to 0"** for .UR_chatHeaderTitle

Type "  [[AltGraph]] {} [[left]]  [[enter]] font-size: 0; [[enter]]"

Copy same selector and add new pseudo element :after on pasted selector setting font-size to 17px and content to title you want set for chat.
