How to check approval status

Navigate to Daizen Super App

Click Advance Request & Payment

Click the three dots.

Click "My Submissions". It will be showing how many submissions you have made.

You can see the approval status of each form. There are four types of status.
(1) In progess - You have successfully made your submission.
(2) Approved - Your payment request has been approved by the Approver.
(3) Completed - Your payment is done by Account.
(4) Denied - Your payment request has been rejected by the Approver.

You can scroll down to see the activity history. You will find the email notification flow and the dates.

You will receive a summary PDF when your transaction is complete.
