How to clock in/out of HHAeXchange?

How do I clock in?

Open the HHAeXchange+ app\ \ Then enter your password and username.\ You will then click on the blue **"Log In"** button.
**For Step 2**, your **"Suggested Time"** that is shown below in the red box is your shift.\ \ **Please ensure you do not go over the "End Time" shown under the "Suggested Time."**

Find the correct shift.\ \ Then click on **"EVV Clock In"**

A map will display with a blue pin showing your location and a red pin showing the patients location to ensure you are within the patients range.\ \ You will then click on the blue button that says **"Continue"**

Once you see the **"EVV Clock In Successful"** message at the bottom of the screen, you have clocked in successfully.
How do I clock out?

Open the HHAeXchange+ app\ \ Then enter your password and username.\ You will then click on the blue **"Log In"** button.

Click on the white **"EVV Clock Out"** button.

Fill out the **"Plan of Care Tasks"** and **mark any tasks your patient accepted/refused.**\ \ Then click on the blue **"EVV Clock Out"** button.

Click on the white button that says **"EVV Clock Out"**

A map will display with a blue pin showing your location and a red pin showing the patients location to ensure you are within the patients range.\ \ You will then click on the blue button that says **"Continue"**

Once you see the green **"EVV Clock out Successful"** you have clocked out successfully.

You will then be directed back to the home page, and it will say **"EVV Clock In Pending Approval"** and **"EVV Clock Out Pending Approval"**\ \ **It will stay like this until management verifies it.**
