Go to the dashboard on your mobile device.

Scroll down to until you see the My Make Ready Tasks box.  Now click on the number in the My Incomplete Tasks

This opens a list of all your Make Ready Tasks.  Find the task for the unit you are working in and tap on the task.

This will open the task.  From here you can perform a number of actions. 

Tap in the Comments box and then add notes pertaining to this task.

Now tap Post and your comment goes into the record for this task.

This becomes part of the permanent record for this task.

If that is all then you can simply tap on the Mark As Complete button a the top of the screen.

Click on the Activity tab to see all of the activity for this Task.

Tap on the Related tab to see related inspections for this task.

If the inspection is not complete then you will be able to launch the inspection directly from here.  Simply Tap on the Launch button.  Note, be sure that you are logged into the ServusInspections App in order to make this process seamless.

Once the inspections app opens you can complete the related inspection for this task.

Complete your inspection and then Submit.

Now back in your task in the Related tab the launch button has become a view button.  You will be able to review the inspection for this unit from here by simply tapping on the view button.

To view other actions that you can take.  Click on the ellipse at the top right of the screen.

Any available actions will show in bold in the drop down that you see.  These could include items such as: Mark as Complete, Reschedule, Assign, Reassign, Confirm, Back to Scheduled, Complete, or Remove.  This will be dependent on your authorization and what other steps have already been completed.

And finally back in your task view you can now see that your task color has changed to Green from its previous state.
