    How to create a Review

        Click next to the plus sign next to Assignments and click "Review".

        Enter a "Title" for the review.

        Enter a summary for the "Review"

        Select a "Sub Module" by clicking on the drop down arrow next to it.

        Select a "Sub Module" for the "Review"

        Select "Type" by clicking on the down arrow next to it.

        Select a "Type" for the "Review"

        Alternately you can add a new "Type" by clicking on the plus sign

        A pop-up window will show up. Enter "Review Type" here, check the box next to "Is Global" if you wish for the type to be available across the system.

        Click "Save"

        Click on the drop down arrow next to "SubType"

        Select a "SubType" for the "Review"

        As with "Type", you can create a new "Sub Type" by clicking on the plus sign.

        Select a Company from the drop down.

        Select your "Company"

        Click on the drop down next to "Sites" to select one or multiple sites.

        Check the boxes next to the Sites you wish to add

        Alternately you can click on the plus sign to create a new Site as shown for "Type", "Sub Type", "Company" and "Sites".

        You may click Cancel and not add a new "Site" or enter a name for the Site and click on "Save".
